How Stroll works
You just found your new home and need to put down a $1,000 security deposit for a 12 month lease*. Here's where Stroll comes in.
Before Move-In
Get approved with Stroll and we'll send you $1,000 in as little as 24 hours to cover your security deposit.
Months 1–12
Pay Stroll back with a monthly payment of $86.
After Move Out
You'll receive the $1,000 deposit back from your landlord, minus any deductions, and it’s yours to keep.
*As an example, if your loan is $1,000 and has a 12 month term, the loan will have 12 monthly payments of $86 each with an Annual Percentage Rate of 5%. No downpayment is required.
